The Mastercard British Album and British Group nominees The 1975 to join George Ezra, Little Mix and Jorja Smith to perform at the UK’s biggest night in music.
The BRIT Awards 2019 with Mastercard today announce No. 1 selling British band and double BRIT 2019 nominees The 1975 will perform on the show, alongside the already announced George Ezra, Little Mix and Jorja Smith. The BRITs take place Wednesday 20th February at The O2 Arena, London, broadcast exclusively on ITV.

After a fantastic year for the band, it’s great to see them join an already incredible line up, for what is sure to be an amazing night.”
The 1975 said: “We’re humbled to be nominated for two BRIT Awards and are excited to be coming back to the O2 to perform on the night. It will be a brilliant show!”
Nominated this year for British Group - which they won in 2017, and the Mastercard British Album of the Year, The 1975 released their third studio album A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships last November to widespread critical acclaim and hitting the No. 1 spot in the UK Album Charts for the third time. Currently in the middle of a UK arena tour, the Manchester four-piece headline two nights at The O2 Arena this Friday and Saturday, before heading out on the road across the world.
The BRIT Awards 2019 with Mastercard take place Wednesday 20th February at The O2 Arena, London, broadcast exclusively on ITV and hosted by Jack Whitehall. Clara Amfo and Alice Levine will be back to host this year’s Red Carpet show on ITV2 on the night of the awards for the third year running.
