Making waves with her debut single “Underwater” (pardon the pun), Millie Turner has all of your summer feels on new single “She Was A Dancer”.
On the new single, Millie continues to thread her music with clear influences from dance music, interlaced with strong vocals and poetic lyricism. At points, her voice even reflects a meeting in the middle between a Florence + The Machine-ness and Jamie T (probably a sentence nobody has ever written before… but it works!)
The thing with Millie is that each single is getting better and better… which is obviously the way it should be, but with so many artists missing the mark, it’s refreshing to discover a new talent who seemingly has their chords in order.
