When Bournemouth’s Jack Vallier launched his music career last year, he probably didn’t realise quite the reaction he would get.
The release of his “Rebekah” EP in November 2017 followed support from BBC Introducing and a string of live shows; his original music blends R&B beats with pop melodies with an openness in his singing which instantly wins you over.
Whilst almost every song on the “Rebekah” EP has over 1M streams on Spotify, it’s the stripped back “Change Your Mind” which made us fall in love with Vallier. His honest and raw, yet pleasingly melodic, vocals make you feel as heartbroken as he must be, as he hopes that he can convince an ex-lover to get back with him.
With songs like these at such an early stage in his career, we’re very excited to see what is to come from Jack Vallier.
