In the powerful and emotional track, the Scotsman shows off just how talented he is vocally - with an extremely raw vocal which is just truly heartbreaking. With lyrics like, “There must be something in the water, cause every day is getting colder”… we have a feeling that heartbreaking is exactly what he’s going for.
If ‘Bruises’ is anything to judge him on (well, it’s all we can judge him on), then Lewis Capaldi has everything it takes to truly become an influential voice in music (even if his voice does occasionally make us weep in this one)
