BPI membership includes:

The BPI also initiates industry wide PR and Public Affairs campaigns on important issues concerning members, publishes regular authoritative statistical research reports and is a joint venture partner in the Official UK Charts Company OCC).
Members are also automatically enrolled in the BRIT Awards voting academy and can apply for reduced price ticketing for the event itself.
Full membership is for record companies that either own or exclusively license UK sound recording copyrights. Because of the current economic challenges, the BPI is offering a 10% discount on independent membership subscriptions for 2010, making the fee £67.50 plus 5% of PPL UK distribution payments, plus VAT. A rebate of 10% on PPL contributions will also be made at the end of 2010.
