Most successful artist

Robbie Williams has won more BRIT Awards than any other artist or group - 11 awards. Add to that the four awards he won previously as a member of Take That, Robbie now has a grand total of 15 awards.

 

Annie Lennox follows him with eight, including one with Eurythmics. U2 and Take That have become the third highest winners and most successful band with seven awards each. Michael Jackson and Coldplay follow with six awards.

 

Greatest Number of BRIT Nominations

Robbie Williams has the greatest number of BRIT Award nominations with an impressive 22 as a solo artist and a further 9 nominations as a member of Take That. George Michael remains a close second with 19, Oasis are third with 17.

 

Jamiroquai, in fourth, have received 15 nominations to date, without ever actually winning one. Thom Yorke, with 14 nominations (13 with Radiohead) and Craig David (with 12) are the other most-nominated artists not to have received a BRIT.
