Following the resolutions passed at our AGM on 7 July 2009, the BPI Articles of Association (which govern the relationship between the BPI and its Members) were amended. Some amendments took place immediately following the AGM; and the remaining amendments were implemented on 1 October 2009, to reflect the final implementation phase of the Companies Act 2006.
